Waitlist and launch updates
When you join the waitlist, SupraLearning records only the information required to send launch updates.
- Data
- Email address, language, date, form source, requested product when applicable and consent.
- Purpose
- Manage the waitlist and send invitations and launch information.
- Legal basis
- Your consent, which may be withdrawn at any time.
- Retention
- Until consent is withdrawn or no later than three years after the last active contact.
- Required data
- An email address is needed to receive an invitation. It is not required to browse the website.
- Automated decisions
- No automated decision produces legal or similarly significant effects.

Providers and recipients
Access is limited to the SupraLearning publisher and providers needed to operate the service:
- Google Firebase / Cloud Firestore for waitlist storage;
- Google Analytics for audience measurement, only after explicit consent;
- Netlify for website hosting and delivery;
- the future email delivery provider, which must be added here before activation.
Some providers are established outside the European Economic Area. Their contractual transfer safeguards and, where available, a European region must be used. The Firebase project region must be checked in the console before launch.

Cookies, local storage and audience measurement
Google Analytics is loaded only after your explicit agreement. The choice is stored locally, can be changed with the “Manage audience measurement” button and does not condition access to the site. A functional cookie may remember the selected language; it is necessary to honour that preference.
Ecosystem products may use local storage to keep progress on the device. Product-page measurement uses the same GA4 stream and follows the same consent choice.

Your rights
Depending on your situation, you may request:
- access to and correction of your data;
- erasure or restriction of processing;
- portability of the data you provided;
- withdrawal of consent, without retroactive effect.

If you are not satisfied with the response, you may submit a complaint to the French data protection authority at cnil.fr.

Security and updates
SupraLearning minimises collected data, protects Firestore with dedicated rules and reviews this policy whenever a service or purpose is added. No future service should be enabled before it is described here.
